"I had a feeling about correct structure work by learning from Koichi Tohei's books and trying to integrate principles into my taichi practice. This felt more correct now for me but still there's things missing. Your videos are real gems and i have the impression this will bring me a huge step further on the taichi path"   READ MORE REVIEWS

ABOUT BG-1 Why circle in ba gua this is a good introduction to the purpose and goals of the art. Includes some nice overhead shots of some of our senior instructors. This familiarizes you with the goal of Ba Gua: simultaneous defense against multiple attackers.

ABOUT BG-8  Ba Gua stepping. Covered here are:: the size of the circle, common mistakes to avoid, definition of mud stepping and rolling step.

ABOUT BG-9 Single change, as well as Single Change for beginners is essential to Ba Gua Training. Pay close attention to the KO BU and BAI BU step "trainings." One cannot be successful in Ba Gua Zhang (Pa Kua Chang) without correct understanding and training in this area. Also, be sure to understand the movements and become basically fluent in the SINGLE CHANGE. Universally, this is the most common feature of Ba Gua, and your comfort and ease performing this sequence has a lot to do with predicting your future success in the art.

NOTE: TRAINING INSTRUCTIONS FOR BEGINNING-INTERMEDIATE STUDENTS are included in a pdf under your video player in the BG-1 WHY CIRCLE LESSON
