RE: FIGHT TRAINING

 I forgot to tell you, I entered a karate tournament sunday, and took first place, I had 5 fights.  I also knocked someone out with a jab... it was wierd.  when I hit him, I didn't feel anything in my body and he hit the ground.  it took them a few minutes to let him fight again.  I figure it must have something to do with all the connection work I have been doing. and made me happy LOL
